On the way from Moscow to Vladivostok, this place is the first time you see Lake Baikal. Passing by cars on the federal road have a spontaneous stop point here, to enjoy overview, to buy some local nature gifts etc. Without any infrastructure, this place becomes polluted, and on a spring time, before the greenary take over, everything around this place, on the slopes, next to the waterfront area of the lake, covered with plastic garbage and other pieces of rubbish
All we need to do within proposal - is to organise particular infrastructure there to maintain the garbage disposal, clean the slopes, provide market place for local residents and to prepare minimalistic useful deck terrace for overview magnificent Baikal panoramic scenery
