Irtysh Park is a landscape-led masterplan for a new mixed-use riverside district in Omsk, transforming a strategically located site on the banks of the Irtysh River into a distinctive urban quarter shaped by nature, community and waterfront living.
The proposal reconnects the city with its river through a generous public park, active promenade, marina, cultural and sports facilities, schools, kindergartens, diverse residential typologies and a network of green corridors. Working with the site’s existing trees, topography, seasonal flooding and panoramic views, the masterplan creates a resilient, walkable neighborhood that offers a new image for Omsk: urban, contemporary and closely connected to the landscape.
